people consider making a Will during their lifetime

you need a Will? Yes
- if you care about who benefits from your property
and assets after your death, then you need to make
a Will.
Two
out of three people do not have a Will. This means
that the State determines who gets what, if anything,
from your assets when you die. Your friends, your
favourite charities, even some relatives, may get
nothing. The Inheritance Law does not automatically
recognise co-habiting partners either, so even if
you have lived together for many years, your partner
gets nothing if you have not made a Will ( unless
your property was in joint names before your death
or if your partner goes to Court)
