Probate
and Estate Administration
The
death of a family member or a friend can be an
extremely emotional time and for some people,
the responsibilities of being an executor can
be somewhat overwhelming during this period.
The duties of an executor are to distribute the
assets according to the terms of the deceased's
Will. This is known as Estate Administration.
A Grant of Probate will have to be obtained.
In
many instances, the deceased has not made a
Will and the closest relatives will have to
apply for Letters of Administration.
In
both cases, we can take away some of the pressure
