*We will receive the Contract from the seller's solicitors and also the
Property Information Form and Fixtures, Fittings and Contents Form, which we will go through with you carefully.

*We will check the seller's legal title to the property and if necessary, ask any additional enquiries.

*We will carry out a number of searches such as local search, coal mining search, drainage search, environmental search.

*Once we receive a copy of your mortgage offer a completion date is agreed upon. We will ask you to pay your deposit and sign the contract in order to exchange contracts.
